Early Summer Outdoor Meditation

First, sit in a comfortable position. Blanket or pillow would be nice.

Look at a point far way, like the tops of tall green trees.

Keep staring without focusing, but try not to fall asleep.

Feel the vastness of the sky and the universe.

Get in the zone.

Become one with nature, MIGHTYginger way.

Don't forget to smell the flowers.
